Offer Options for the Office 365 Ribbon Appearance
I am disappointed with the appearance of the new Office 365 ribbon. I use a desktop and a laptop and find the monotone look and the over simplistic icons confusing and hard to read. These look like changes, just for the sake of change.
Options to revert to earlier versions that users were familiar with, would have been appreciated.

Scroll bar buttons are almost impossible to see. High contrast mode is UGLY, I just want to see the controls. Tried the Windowblinds app which fixes other apps but not Office 365.
Microsoft has the monpoly in companies like mine. We have no choice to accept whatever garbage "upgrades" they decide to release.
Though I understand that "good' and "bad" changes are in the eye of the beholder, the new ribbon is frustrating. It over-complicates access to the very basic customization. A change in font which took one step now takes several. It would be nice to have a choice in the ribbon type (new or old layout)
Every time MS release new version of their software I am truly ****** off, it is series of wrong decisions introducing new features that are useless and removing the stuff that works great.
Why the f*** they have new graphics ?? and if so, why so bad ? Is it cost reduction inside MS ?
Whatever you will do next, please make it compatible (at least configurable option to look and behave like the old one).
I am sad that I am forced by company policy to use office365, I would rather not use my PC at all than to have 365.
Please can we go back to the look of Office 2007 - great products, easy to use.
Get rid of this appalling set of icons.
Why do we have to keep on relearning these bread and butter applications.
It is very important not to have to think about these tools.
Color and shape allow recognition without having to concentrate. This is the same reason we don't move the keys on the keyboard it is the equivalent of muscle memory.
Reminds me of the time the went to all caps on the menu options so everything was a rectangle and you needed to read each one rather than picking by shape of the word.

Terrible change. Give us the option to revert back to the old icons. Too difficult to differentiate the icons for those of us with "older" eyes.
Please allow reverting to Office/Outlook 2010 themes so we can simply use the tools, not the colorful ribbons. The bottom ribbon takes up space unnecessarily, cannot be turned off and is distracting when trying to work. Business users don't need playful colors. We just need to tools. Thank you.
The office 365 layout is not user friendly. It is like the awful gmail layout. Very hard to use in business. Please make an option to use classic outlook screen.
You will alienate the business world, and they are ms bread and butter. There will be as mass exodus to applications that dont look like gmail.

i Would rike to revert to the old ribbon (the 2013-ish ribbon) because the new is very bad and i can not find the regular things that was easily found in the 2013-ish office 365
The new wider ribbon wastes space on the monitor that I would prefer to use to look at my document (word, excel, etc.). With the extra buttons condensed down into the drop down options boxes, it takes extra clicks (and time) to do what previously took one click.

I would love to see an option to revert to the old ribbon. The 365 ribbon is, at best, distracting. It takes up a good deal more of my monitor real estate.
The new UI styling for the Office 365 header is both childish and unfriendly to the human eye, making all selections appear uniformly indistinguishable from one another at first glance. Where is the ergonomics in that? Did you hand over your UI design to third graders? Oh, wait, they would have come up with a better design!
I am also disappointed by the appearance of the new 365 office ... it's just ugly, unsightly, hard to read ... what's the... reason? Is this the reason that even the reason ignores?
Do you have any consideration for the users ? do you remember that the users are your customers also ??? which is crazy in this story is the feeling that I have about office365. It is like we have a need and that your job today, is to explain to us how to do without it... and we have to pay for it !!!

Terrible interface - even the folders in folder view went to these stupid looking empty containers. I spent hours on weekend until I found a way to use VBA code to change the look of all folders to at least look a little like old appearance! I am sick of all the Office changes that come out and don't offer the classic view or previous views. 99% of all coders have to follow guidelines to stick to keeping the interfaces the same, yet you guys feel you can change anything you like - I can't believe this!!
As many are sharing, please provide an option to revert to the penultimate icons. I use the customizable quick-access toolbar most of the time, so the impact of changing icons on productivity is significant. Certainly, someone at Microsoft should have anticipated this.
Now that the Windows Phone is dead and (almost) gone, and Microsoft is encouraging the phone's handful of remaining users to switch to Android or iPhone...
Can we please go back to a UI with decent-looking graphics and themes, instead of this mashup of Windows 1.0 and early AOL that you've used in Windows 10? The flat buttons and line-drawing icons on the gray background just don't cut it. This is NOT making it easier.
Come on Microsoft Office People, the new ribbon is just awful. 100% of the people below are against it.

I loth the appearance of the new Office 365! Its like its made for children. Flat and hard to look at, like its some kind of free trashy software. At a time when computer graphics and computer monitors have never been better, more realistic, you take us back to 1995. Also let all subscribers know about this voice so you can get real feedback. There must be hundreds of thousands who agree with me but don't know how to tell you. This appearance sucks, please give us a choice to go back to the older more sophisticated look. I can't use this trashing childish version, even though I paid in advance for the premium subscription.
How long before MS close this suggestion as well? Don't forget, MS knows best...
