The Augutst 2019 icons are terrible, the thinnest lines possible. Why? Why? Please allow loading of standard icons.

Yep, I hate the new icons in the ribbons. They're harder to read and may be optimized for mobile devices and lower resolution screens, but the cold hard fact is most Excel users are NOT using mobile devices with lower resolution - we are on multiple screens on a DESKTOP. Excel is a business productivity tool for serious users, not a "play with it once in a while" app. Very disappointing there is no option to retain the previous look and maintain our productivity.

This looks horrendous, please allow us to go back to the old icon look/feel. White folders and icons on top of white background is just a lot of white and not as easy to find what things like it was before because it's so blindingly white! I do not want to change my entire color scheme to black just to have the new colors "pop" because then that throws off all of my other applications.

Please allow us to revert to old icons. Also, when a screen is not maximized, different icons are visible/collapsed now. It was great how it was. Please allow us to revert back!

Not just Outlook. All the MS Office icons are now very ugly and distracting. I understand Microsoft did this for scaling but at the very least allow us to retain the legacy so we can pick what icons to use (like the office colour scheme)
