Teams Secondary Ringer
As Teams replaces Skype for Business it is critical that we have the secondary ringer functionality added to the Teams desktop app. Most of our users are using a head set for communication and can't hear the phone ring. Setting PC speaker as default isn't an option as there are numerous websites these days with auto play videos and we don't want other PC sounds constantly playing in the office.

Was forced to update to teams yesterday and cannot believe that their is no secondary ringer option. How can a product designed to replace Skype for Business miss such an important feature that Skype for business has had for years!!

Without secondary ringer teams is unusable. I must disconnect headphones between calls to ensure that I notice when someone calls me.
Implement this forgotten basic functionality ASAP please.

This actually used to work beautifully in Teams, until a few months ago. I don't know if there was any actual "setting" for it or not, as it just "always worked", and I never had to mess with it. Suddenly one day some months ago, my ringer quit.
This is critical functionality, not a "nice feature": Teams simply doesn't ring when a call comes in.

So thanks Microsoft. I just lost a customer because you didn't replicate this feature in to Teams. Why was it so difficult to move this feature before forcing users to migrate from S4B where it worked. Now they have 4K worth of S4B compatible phones that are useless for Teams.

Is there a fix for this yet?

Ridiculous! Teams is supposed to replace Skype for Business but they don't also migrate the same options? Wow, we get emojis....but No Secondary Ringer? C'mon.
I have people missing calls. This is beyond disappointing. When you are forced to change and the change makes your job harder and you lose money by missing calls shows how little a company cares. I know we are nobody to Microsoft but this is why people do not like change. How can they include Emojis (how is that a business function?) and not a Secondary Ringer so you don't lose opportunities?

Agree here, all our users have headsets and are missing calls. definitely a need for a secondary ringer

Many in my organization have noted the need to select a notification sound (and speaker choice) for the IMs that come through. The phone ringing is one thing, but we separately want a way to select the sound and speaker option specifically for IMs.

Agreed. Microsoft, Please take notice. This is a crucial feature that is in Skype for business and needs to be made available in Teams as soon as possible. Missed calls equals lost revenue -- AND a reputation for not answering the phone which equals MORE lost revenue!

this really needs to be done, people are missing calls and IM's all day long because of this
