Add the "Manage Rules" Function in Conditional Formatting for Excel Online.
Now that conditional formatting is available in Excel Online, there is no way to view or edit the rules that are already in effect. Normally (offline) you can highlight a range of cells and then select "Manage Rules" from the Conditional Formatting drop down menu. As it is right now you can only clear all the rules or add new rules, but there is no way to modify existing rules or view the formulas for existing rules. This is very frustrating!

Just spent about 10 minutes trying to find this common sense feature in Excel Online. Finally decided to Google it and came across this. Pretty dumb it isn't there.

this is so beyond stupid. im managing a masterexcel and just trying to make it easier for the other 50 users, now i have to make the rules i want, then upload a new file and invite everyone to it.
so incredibly stupid. add manage / create new rules to excel online already

Wow, this is a serious bug. You also can't specify the colors of your conditional formatting. You have to use their 5 presets. I was in the process of switching from Google Docs to Excel but this is a deal breaker. I need specific color-coded cells to do my work. I'll be staying on Google Docs. They let you view all your rules and choose any colors and formatting you want.
This makes the feature unreliable, especially when users do not work on their usual computers with Excel 2013-2016 installed.
It would make sense to have more coherence and reliability between versions regarding this feature.
O365’s accessibility is nice, but we’ve been noticing a recurring theme of not nearly providing the same level of functionality vs on premise software in general.
WTF? I can add rules and remove rules, but can't edit or view a list of existing rules?!
Wow - that is beyond hard to believe. I don't like to complain, but holy cow that is a huge oversight / missing feature
