Microsoft Outlook Client - Fix Copy to Inbox Rule when having two Email Accounts mapped
After escalating this issue to tier 3 Microsoft Support, they concluded that this was a by Design issue for Microsoft Clients. Basically this issue occurs when you have two Email Accounts mapped on the same client and the following Rule:
Apply this rule after I send the message and move a copy to the inbox rule.
Basically we do not use Sent Items and have all email threads in the respective Inbox of each mailbox. However when an email is received on mailbox A and you reply from Mailbox A, there is a visual bug and it shows it is sent from mailbox B, and if you reply again on the same Email, mailbox B is automatically CCed in.
Has anyone had experience with this issue? Disabling the rule fixes the issue, however we have been working with this for a couple of years and its not something we wish to change now cause of this bug.
