Reset or clear autocomplete cache globally for OWA
In a larger organization 300+ users, we find that the autocomplete cache over time gets filled with contacts that are infrequently used yet sometimes staff end of sending internal emails to these contacts that should have been sent to an internal contact instead.
Would like ability to reset/clear the autocomplete cache for OWA or to disable it for certain users or all users.

I would like the recipent cache feature to be managed and disabled/enabled at the tenant level.
Barring that, I would like...
1. the search and recommendations feature, both online and desktop, to clearly segregate recipient cache recommendations from tenant / user contact recommendations, and
2. make it possible, within the search / recommendation window, for a user to permanently delete or hide a specific recommendation.

When users update their display names, because the cache is not cleared, multiple entries show up for the same user which is a pain! This feature is absolutely required.
I also agree, we need this feature to disable for selected/all users in our tenancy. There are many E-mails that are sent in error and as mentioned in an earlier posst this could pose a potential GDPR breach.
Come on Microsoft!! This is available in the Outlook app, why not O365????

this is required. We have a user with over 900 autocomplete entries and Microsoft are struggling to advise on how to remove. this feature is required.
I agree that this feature is required. The Autocomplete list on OWA throws up outdated information to users ... e.g email ids of users who have left the organization years ago!!

We have same requirement. Autocomplete is driving our users crazy. Apparently OWA do not have any such feature. I request Microsoft to provide a feature to disable this.

This is of concern to clients who need to follow compliance and security. Please make this manageable, at least from PowerShell.

Autocomplete cache in OWA has been the primary cause in one of our users committing a major GDPR breach. Autocomplete resulted in the user sending personal information to an external user and left us as a company open to prosecution.
I 100% agree to the ability of being able to clear the cache globally for individual users from the admin console.
We are having the exact same issue. I'm hoping Microsoft will release an update soon to fix this issue. CTC, what do you think about moving this post from the "General" section to the "Admin" Section?
OWA autocomplete cache issue is making lot problem in the whole organisation all the users and including management frustrated about Microsoft for not solving this issue..
Being O365 product cant develop required feature / fix from developers team ? why are you waiting for this... Since engineering team should analyse deeply and provide solution..
in this case even we already brought into your notice but sill issue not solved..
hope this issue will be sorted on highest priority..
