Flow: Create a "Wait Until Field Change in Current Item"
Please build a "wait until field change in current item" action into Microsoft Flow. This exists in SharePoint Designer and is extremely necessary for building workflows. The Do Until function does not work well, is not clear or user-friendly at all, and does not have the exact same functionality. Microsoft Flow is supposed to be more user-friendly than SharePoint Designer, but until I get this functionality I will not be able to use it, and my "SuperUsers" will never understand the Do Until action.
It will help a lot...
90% of our SharePoint Designer workflows use this function, I find it difficult to believe that Flow, having been out for some time now, still doesn't have the ability to do this.
It's a real show stopper for migrating Workflows into Flow

FLOW definately needs a simple action that allows you to pause a workflow until filed is updated. For example, "Wait until Form Status = Approved then perform next action". The currenty "Do Until" just not seem to work and you either end up with lots fo emails or not action!
I thing this action "wait until field change in current item" should be only used from small and less complex flow. Because as you have number of request increased, this will be a problem, in SPD if you have more instance of workflow running because of wait action your workflow will be suspended. Hence I would request maintain a flag column and based on the condition perform your action and update the flag so same piece of action does not get executed again.
