OneDrive Search Results - Allow "Move" and "Delete" from search results - and Click to go to File Location
When searching for a document, if you find it, you can not delete it, open the folder location, or move the document.
If you select the document from the files list and click on Information Icon, you can't see the full path of where the document is stored only the name of the file. You have to physically open the document, then click on information to see the path. Even then... you have to go back to your Files list and navigate all the way through the folders to find the file and then Move it or delete it.
Should be able to click and open the file location so you can move it to a new location or delete it.
OMG, I have THOUSANDS of files that I need to delete from different folders. I can see them all in the search result, but I can not delete them. This is extremely frustrating!
It's pretty stupid that this hasn't been fixed yet.
It seems MS does not want you to know where you keep your files. MS organizes it for you. A nightmare if you have duplicates.
Am adding my name to request this be fixed - super frustrating not to be able to move docs once you find them in the search. Please fix this.

This needs to be fixed.
Adding my comment here - please fix!
This is a basic feature and it makes no sense that it has not been there from the start. Please sort this out MS. It's unbelievably frustrating and counter productive.

Please add this function. I have a search result with 100's of files I need to delete.... !
I agree, this should be an option and make a life a lot easier when you search for a doc and need to move it to a different folder.

This drives me insane that I can not delete files when searching. Microsoft, Please Please Please update this. I even tried to drag and drop into the recycle bin and that too does not work... I can't believe this thread started in Feb of 2018......
March 2020 and this still has not been implemented...
Not even an acknowledgement from MS about the issue.

This should be an easy thing to implement and more importantly, a feature that should already exist. How is this not on OneDrive yet?!

Over a year later and still not resolved lol

Absolutely crazy that when you use search, there is no way to know where the file or folder is in the tree hierarchy!
Please fix. Folder/file info should include the folde/file path and a button to open the folder location

Yes!! this is incredibly annoying, especially since I drag and dropped all my folders from my hard drive into one drive and several unnecessary temp files went with it. I can't open those to view their locations obviously because they're not actually files!

Another Mac user here. The .DS_store file sync errors are a nightmare. De-syncing and manually deleting them one by one is a nightmare. Crazy you cant bulk move or delete files from OneDrive search. Please add soon.

Please add this feature. A user migrated from a Mac drive and cannot delete the DS_Store files that came along for the ride -- without manually hunting each one down. Thus he continues to see Sync Errors when in fact there's nothing functionally wrong.

Please add support for move or delete from file search results in OneDrive online.
