Ability to rearrange tiles of O365 App Launcher

Since the update to the App Launcher, the ability to rearrange the tiles of the App Launcher has been missing. I am really hoping that this will be re-added in the near future!

    This is madness! This was one of the best features of the app launcher and now it has disappeared!

    Additionally you should be able to unpin any app from the launcher. Currently there are 10 apps that I can't unpin. Some of them, like PowerPoint, I would never launch from the app launcher.
