Delete Attachments from Outlook Web
Users cannot delete attachments from Outlook Web emails.
Users want the ability to keep the email, but remove the attachments after viewing so that their mailbox is kept lean.
Some users only access Outlook web and this feature is not available, as it is only available in the client.
Their way or the highway then! Did they not think to consult users??????

Actually, from my testing, it isn't possible to delete an attachment from mail in an outlook.com mailbox using the Outlook desktop client. You can delete the attachment from the copy of the email in the desktop .ost file. It may appear that the attachment has also been deleted on the Exchange server when you view it using the outlook.com web portal since the paperclip is removed from the mail listing view. However, if you open the email using Outlook.com webmail the attachment is still in the email.
We need to delete all attachments in emails, but there's no solution for doing this yet.

Please Microsoft, IMPORTANT feature !
we wre using F1 license so we need to have this feature avail on outlook web
Due to issues with desktop client login (according to our IT department the fault lies with Microsoft) I'm forced to use the web app for all of my 365 apps. Deleting attachments from the Outlook Web App is such a basic requirement. I don't want to file my e-mails with these large attachments. Solution, please.
