Bring ability to create CRM Support ticket in the Office Portal
We were using Microsoft CRM2016 and recently upgraded to CRM365. In the previous version we were able to place support requests through the Office portal by choosing the product (CRM, Yammer, Social Media) in question. Today, I tried to do just that and I got a call from Office 365 Support who couldn't help me.
You can still raise Service Requests in the Office 365 portal in the same way as a Mail or Yammer issue for example. The options available depend on the licence type you have, also the have renamed the option to Dynamics 365 when raising a SR.
