No "your subscription will be deleted" email message if other active CSP subscriptions
Add a check for other CSP active subscriptions before sending an email to a customer that their direct MOSA subscription has expired and all data will be deleted. This confuses the customer terribly and start questioning the validity of CSP Partners. They have active subscriptions, just not in MOSA, so do check before sending the email.
I agree this would be a nice feature however we have some clients who have both CSP and Direct Licenses at the same time (Office 365 and CRM for example) however it may mean that if a customers direct sub expires and they don't get notified there could be a loss of service.
Be easier if there was an option the customer could choose what type and how often they receive these mails.
