I suggest you ...

system.structuredquery.virtual.from:

The Search button does not work in French Outlook 2016 Win10-64. When clicking on "De" (= "From") the search input box displays "system.structuredquery.virtual.from:" instead of "De"... The problem does not show-up in English version. This is reported since several weeks (months?) on Microsoft community and other forums. I have not yet met one single user for which the search button works... More details here: https://answers.microsoft.com/fr-fr/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook-mso_win10-mso_2016/systemstructuredqueryvirtualfrom-affich%c3%a9/75108ee5-101a-40e5-81ab-ddae3f4de8e9
Many thanks!

Same problem here this affect any canadian french outlook o365. Works normally trough the owa.
You have to start typing in the search field then click on some contact and system.structuredquery.virtual.from:"actual search" write into the text field. you have to manually remove the junk around your actual search.

The same issue here, still no fix? I did not have this issue running Outlook in English, now I'm using a computer with French language by default and this bug is really frustrating.

This issue is fixed for the following OS
    Windows 10 1607: January 17, 2018—KB4057142 (OS Build 14393.2034)
    Windows 10 1703: January 17, 2018—KB4057144 (OS Build 15063.877)
    Windows 10 1709: March 22, 2018—KB4089848 (OS Build 16299.334)
After installing the update, you might have to:
    Close Microsoft Office Outlook
For French language, delete the following file: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\1036\StructuredQuerySchema.bin

We are in Windows 10 1709 and the problem persists. It's unrealistic that there is no solution !!
