- Email Signature for company wide deployment using admin panel - signature should come at the bottom of message and not at the the end of email chain when - reply/forward.
- Support Formatting of signatures using a built in Text Editor (similar to individual email signature tool) in admin panel using the standard macros
- Should follow the same signature settings across all platforms - web, mail client, Android, iOS, etc.
"3. Should follow the same signature settings across all platforms - web, mail client, Android, iOS, etc."
...and should do so automatically. The settings in general should be synced by default.
Also, i notice that my app has "FLAGS" but my webmail has "PINS". The lack of consistency among the platforms is quite inconvenient, distracting, and doesn't seem to be designed with a single-stream in mind.
Office 365 Organisation wide signatures need to Insert the signature directly under the latest email reply or forward
Need attributes like %%phonenumber%% to work in disclaimer/signature. Not currently supported or working.

Yes, we are facing the same problems.
i raised the tickets and they have no way to solve it now.
As we know there is many third parties software can do it, like codeTwo, exclaimer. However, we are much concern the GDPR and don't waste the money on only a simple signature. We would like to use the Microsoft internal function on the mail flow.
Hope Microsoft can find the way to do it ASAP.
This is a must. I have spent too long shopping for alternatives and looking at 3rd party apps/services.

Considering the power of outlook, office 365 & AZ, why is this needing to be asked. As a company that produces products for companies and use Standard templates to send all correspondence, How could this feature be over looked?
Jared Lambe commented
Please make this happen.

If a load of 3rd party suppliers can manage centralised signatures then surely Microsoft could.
Please do it!
Make this happen Office 365 Team. I have lots of customers jumping up and down for this!

I don't know how this isn't already a standard feature

For gods sake do this already Microsoft.
Agree with this, was going to post the same.
We have added it in with links to social media, it works but when you are writing the email the signature doesn't appear.
It only shows to user receiving it, so you don't know if its worked.
It adds it at the end of the email under all responses!
It adds to all emails you can't choose to not include!
It only shows in plain text on the phone.
You can only add in links etc in HTML there should be a text editor option.
All in all not easy to set up or very user friendly. MS should be helping companies get their Brand Across all devices not making it more difficult!
1 looks like maybe too complex to implement, but i do think 3 would be great. Although it can be trickier when images are included in the signature. But it should be doable to preserve signatures in Exchange mailbox, so you won't have to create them again when swapping PCs and to have same signature across the clients.
