recently, a archive folder appear and what do office365 want to do with the archive folder? As it seems to be created by the server and yes we can delete it but wait... after a while, the system will just silently recreate the "archive" folder back to everyone mailbox. this actually created some stupid mindset to my user that, as long as they place their email into the archive folder, their emails are archived and at the same time, it free up their server storage space. to the tech who though of this "archive" folder, please rethink why you add this "archive" folder.. and everytime, new features are added, there are no news on them to the admin and just silently it was created and when contact the tech support, they are like a problem but they didn't know that how or why it was being created etc..

The archive folder is part of a new feature part of a new feature of Outlook 2016 and Exchange 2016. It is a new default folder and there is not a practical way to remove it.
