Outlook 2016 Windows - enable users to attach directly from SharePoint.
When in Outlook and you go to attach from SharePoint, you can only go to recently accessed lists/folders. Fix it.

When users want to send a file stored in sharepoint library, they:
1-download the file(s)
3-attach the file(s) from their computer
4-send the mail
1-select file(s) in document library directly from the document library
2-click on a new option "send by mail" (this seems to be an absolutly extraordinary innovative option...) -> this open outlook in new tab for the user
3-send the mail
So the user goes completely online and in a very efficient manner.
I too would like a solution to show root folders for 'document libraries' under 'sites' when attaching a file to an email, instead of only seeing 'recent folders'. I'm not sure why this feature wasn't available from the start. This seems like a pretty essential function.

Agreed, please allow the ability to add a location or simply browse to root folders of document libraries.
