Auto update the location field of meeting items, when a resource is renamed.
We have thousands of conference rooms loaded in Exchange as resource mailboxes. Our company would like to implement a new standard around the names of shared spaces. We've discovered that to do so, we will have to ask any employee who has organized a meeting in a shared space, to update their meetings, by removing and adding the same mailbox to their meeting. This is a massive productivity drain. Let's realize that some users will miss the communication asking them to rename. Now we'll have users missing meetings because the location is incorrect on the meeting item. The loss in productivity just increased exponentially.
A fix, should be designed into the product...or you might consider just creating a tool that customers can use.

The functionality would be really helpful if this needs to be done for mass users.
