Review the ridiculous price increase for renewing my 365 business licence
To discover that my January renewal of Business 365 had increased by 13% was a real shock. No prior notification of this was received and this increase cannot be justified. This is simply taking advantage of small business and indeed other 365 groups.
This is disgraceful.
Given the low tax Microsoft pays in the UK , we should be receiving a reduction rather than increase.
The price of the same package in the USA is $8.25 per month or $99 per year which equates to £84 rather than the £94.80 you charge in UK.--- and that is at today's exchange rate which takes into account the effect of Brexit..
Please Microsoft, act with honour and remove this unjustified increase.

Agreed, the complete lack of notification is a damaging - our company does not even have a chance to budget for the increase - in our case, on non-profit pricing, we have an 84% increase!
Today I got a very nasty suprise when looking at the renewal for by 365 Business Premium subscription a 22% price rise. Microsofts reason "the changes in the EUR exchange rate". I only found out this was the reason when I queries my invoice due to the 20+% price rise. Why did Microsoft not notify it's customers openly and honestly?
I'm a small business, it was not explicit when buying a 365 licence that it was really being charged in EUR. Had I been aware of this I probably would not have bothered and looked to alternative suppliers. Microsofts products I like but not enough to absorb the risk of violent currency movements like we have seen recently and will probably continue to see.
Moreover, pegging UK prices to the EUR does not make sense, since the UK has economically never been part of the EUR zone and is not subject to the same currency exposures.
Why are small businesses being exposed to EUR exhange rate fluctations when Microsoft has offices and staff in the UK against which it could naturally hedge the exposure. Or indeed, why can a company the size of Microsoft not adequatly manage it's currency risks instead of passing it on to its customers. If other businesses did this they would loose customers pretty fast.
