Allow Configuration of Search Result Limits (Beyond 250) for Exchange Web Services
Presently, all search results that utilize Exchange Web Services for Office 365 Exchange Online have an upper limit of 250 results.
There was a capability with on-premises Exchange infrastructures to configure this to whatever you needed it to be.
I would like the option of configuring this limit to something other than 250 -- either globally or on a per-user or per-group basis.
For our Company is this limit very frustrating. We voting up for increase this limit. Thank You.

I would like to see at least 1000 items, but more would be better.
As well, if the search was "newest" to "oldest" and had the limit, it would much less of a pain, since people are usually, by default, searching the latest content, and if they wanted the earliest content, they would have some AQS syntax for that.

All our users are migrating their archived mail to Exchange Online Archives however now we have discovered a limitation of 250 search results when searching this online mailbox. Upon more research this "250" limit seems to have been in place for online mailboxes for a while now and is in place so that the Exchange Online servers are not placed under too much search indexing CPU load. Surely this limit of 250 can be reviewed, can it be bumped up to 1000 or 2000 or more? That would help our users so much as right now they are frustrated they can no longer search their archived mail properly.
