Sync & Save Outlook Signatures on the Exchange Server
Email Signatures are still saved and stored on a local machine and are different for each client. This requires the user to setup their signature separately on each of their devices. Signatures are one of the last custom settings that do not save back to the Exchange server. For example :Custom Rules, Custom Categories, Auto-Complete Contacts, etc. all save back to the exchange server. It seems like the next logical step to save signatures on the exchange server as well. In addition to not having to setup a signature every time a device is upgrade, this would also allow users to setup their signature once and have it be the same in Outlook, OWA and Outlook for iOS.
Please make it live. Third party app is very expensive also not feasible to do with office 365. Due to compliance in place we don't want to add connector just for signature.

It's almost the end of 2019 and I am surprised this feature isn't still implemented. With OneDrive and SharePoint, the sync could be instant.

Crazy this isn't a feature

Please make this happen.
This would be so helpful and I would love to see if introduced in Office 2019.

Please please please! No idea why this was ever overlooked in the first place? I waste so much time exporting and importing my signatures from each instance of Outlook.

Absolutely. I have serval devices (multiple notebooks, desktops, tablets, and phones), each approaching end-of-support at different times. I also have several email accounts (a "day" job, a side job, an advisory position, and two personal emails), each with a different signature. It seems as though I'm constantly adding my signatures for various accounts on various devices. Can we please have functionality to allow management of Outlook signatures on Exchange Server?
