Provide incoming caller ID with Skype for Business Cloud PBX with PSTN calling
Incoming caller ID only shows the phone number (no name) unless the caller is in your Outlook or Skype for Business Contacts. So you have no idea who is calling unless you have numbers memorized.
For example, Microsoft Support is calling me and caller ID just shows the # which I don't recognize and will most likely send to voicemail thinking its a cold caller trying to sell me something.
This was Microsoft Supports response: As per the testing and discussion with our Technical advisors, we have confirmed that currently Microsoft does not provide the Caller ID service as of now. If the caller is calling with a P-Asserted-Identity, then the client may show the caller's information. The 'P-Asserted-Identity' contains the Caller ID information for the call.
This seems like it would be a very easy fix for MS. We should be able to at least set up our phone number to show the name of our business as it has been configured in our account. This should be a no brainer, since you're marketing to businesses who don't want people to ignore their calls.

As businesses, we need to show our names to our clients, when we are calling them. We are not even able to show our corporate name here in Canada. There needs to be a fix for this issue,
