Have a user profile dashboard were I as a user can manage my profile for Exchange, SharePoint and Yammer from one spot.

Perhaps have temporary profile pics for when you are on vacation, add a watermark or add a photo with Hawaii shirt. Then you could see in Delve who is on vacation. Funny stuff. Add the startdate and end date and message that is being sent out to your card.

Away message could be in your Contact card internally.
