Like all other Office365 Workload, please create a Yammer User Voice channel to allow Community Members and Client to suggest some idea and vote of them, it will be more interactive and more transparent than http://www.creatingyammer.com/research/ blackbox.
Moreover it will give you a true feedback (rated/vote/weight) on feature end users and key yammer actors (admin, group admin, stakeholder, community manager, end user) would like to have.
It will help you to drive the product roadmap.

The Yammer Uservoice address is : https://yammer.uservoice.com/ it is open since 8th August 2016. So feel free to vote on ideas and/or suggest new idea within this space.
It will help to make a list of suggested improvement list to Yammer Team, then we will let them decide IF it have to be implemented and/or HOW :)

Agreed. Its a blackbox where it is not trackable on the feedbacks at all.
Yes PLEASE! I used to be on IBM Connections, and this was SO valuable to us. We ran and internal feedback channel and then filtered the highest voted ideas to IBM. Thus, when the idea was going to the vendor it already have 100+ voices behind it. The current way to suggest idea, and hear back about the next steps is archaic!

Yammer is so important for O365 customers, why do you not want to listen to them?
I agree. I do forget to visit the user voice pages. Having it built into Yammer would be great!
If I had 100 more votes to use I would use them all for this. We need an official Uservoice Channel to help rate/vote/weight in on what's important for our stakeholders and community managers.
