Allow forcing custom tile in the app launcher for each user
Right now when an custom tile is created any user has to add it to his app launcher individually.
In case of big companies it is not feasible to roll out new tiles apps that way. These new tiles should be deployed by the administrator to a specific population or all users.
I agree with Tobias "I would like to create custom app launchers for each domain we have as we want different tiles for each different set of users in those separate domains."
The lack of scoping for a lot of things in Azure and EXO is problematic for those of us with multiple domains.

In a school, this would be a HUGE benefit. Telling each and every student and teacher to manually pin a (custom or not) app to their app launcher is a major pain in the butt!
Any news on adding the ability for admins to do this?
I totally agree with Claire's comment. Being able to push tiles to specific users could make the app launcher the central point for navigation in the company.

Out of votes, but supporting.
Would be especially handy for the Project Tile, since it can only point to 1 PWA instance, even when different departments are using different PWA instances.
Also it would be super helpful to be able to configure audiences for apps in the app launcher to allow better management of which groups of users see which apps in the app launcher.
Yes please, why is this not a thing?!
I loved this feature until I read " Important: Both you and your users need to perform these steps to promote custom tiles from the My apps page to the app launcher.". Idiots! Office 365 only add complexity to the user experience instead of reducing it. Add the feature "Add to all" and also possibilty for the users to remove the tile if they dont like it.
Feature is useless without this
Yes we definitely need this.

in some organisations, a fair portion (75% in our case) of users may be quite disengaged & intermittent users. Having to ask them nicely to add their own tile shortcuts (!!) is a long long way from an optimal experience. We use 365 but we have to effectively part-duplicate the function of the 365 menu elsewhere because we cannot control the main one. One of the first things we get asked when we explain office 365 to someone is if we can add X system to the menu & we say "no sorry" & they lose interest quite quickly. - Please Add this !!
I need this configuration NOW!!!!!! Help Me!!!
Yes this is something I require for a new app I wish to roll out...seamlessly.

Yes, that would indeed be very useful. I've wondered why this isn't possible, as it makes perfect sense.
will be super

That would be great! We do have a promoted tile with a link to our intranet on the sites overview but directly in the app launcher would be even better.
