Enable editing of private item delegation through Exchange Online for Share Mailboxes
When you use a shared mailbox and have private items residing in it, it causes all kinds of problems e.g.:
-Users with full access right not being able to move folders/items
-Not being able to see said private items in the outlook client
It is not possible (at least, not in an 'official way' and even most workarounds fail half of the time) to set the 'delegate private items' right on those shared mailboxes, because it is nigh impossible to add the shared mailboxes as Exchange Accounts (they have no passwords).
As such, I would like to suggest this option gets added to the Exchange Online managent portal for regular and shared mailboxes. In this way, we would be able to easily and centrally manage the delegate's access to private items.

Our users see an unread message count, but can not see the message. The fix to convert to a regular mailbox, delegate with private and convert back worked, but we have almost 200 shared mailboxes.
Please put a request into the developers to include an option to allow administrators to allow private messages to be delivered to shared mailboxes in Outlook. It can even be off by default if there are security questions.
