  1. offer a "dark mode" for Office 365

with the latest version of macOS getting props for the "dark mode" its rolling out, it would be great to see Office fit into this visual scheme. Dark ode is great for night time work...and currently Office will look painful in that setting.

  2. Exchange Online change default calendar permissions on new users

When mailbox is generating at Exchange Online we need to have the possibility to set default calendar permissions from a template. With on-prem Exchange you can do it via Exchange Scripting Agent.

  3. Outlook Desktop Recipient Cache Options

In Outlook Desktop, please add an option to allow the user to bypass the Recipient cache, or to disable it completely, or to clear the Recipient Cache (the "Empty Auto-Complete List" option DOES NOT empty the recipient cache.) The recipient cache causes duplicate contacts to be displayed in search results, when you may only have one contact in your Contacts folder.

  4. Allow emails to move from One mailbox to the other mailbox in outlook app on IPhone

In the Outlook app for iPhone if there are two or more accounts configured, Emails from one account cannot be moved to another account. Please help us enable this feature as it is much needed.

  5. The task follow up flags are too similar now.

The update that just went into effect changed a lot of visual UI pieces. One of these it the colorization of the task follow up flags. The due today flag is not the solid color that it used to be and now is too similar to the other flag colors to stand out very well. Due today flags should visually stand out from the others, and now they don't.

  6. Edit Yammer #joined Message-Template

Yammer admins should be able to edit #joined message-templates.

The current template is kind of bad.
"has #joined the conet.de network. Take a moment to welcome Lastname,."

At least it should be the complete name instead of "lastname, ."

  7. Rollback of PDF Annotation feature bar in OneDrive iOS app to version 10.34.11 in version 10.38.2

The new annotation feature bar that displays when annotating PDF's within the OneDrive iOS app (version 10.38.2) is half the functionality of version 10.34.11. If the annotation cannot be brought back, can they reintroduce the ability to add text. \Not having the ability to add text onto documents renders the solution half useless!

  8. Disable SMTP on an account

It would be great if we could disable SMTP logins on accounts. Similar to how IMAP and POP3 access can be disabled. I like the idea of a default disable and then allowing account access to SMTP that need access.

  9. Allow OneDrive for business to connect to multiple Office 365 tenants.

I work in a large corporate which has its own Office 365 tenant. My business unit has its own Office 365 tenant for data sovereignty reasons.

Using Business to Business (B2B) I can configure the @corporate.com users to access SharePoint which is great. (Requires Azure Premium to do this via conditional access) Currently MIcrosoft doesn't support the @corporate.com account connecting to SharePoint on the @businessunit.com tenant using OneDrive. We know the connection is possible as it works with SharePoint through the browser.

I would like Microsoft to allow OneDrive for Business to be able to comnnect to multiple tenants.

    I…

  10. Fix Word 365 / 2016 typing lag / freezing / no response issue!!

This issue has been posted all over the internet and has been discussed here extensively as well. The discussion disappeared a few days ago (I wonder why??).

Here's a snapshot of the discussion dating from last year (obviously not showing the latest comments):
    https://web.archive.org/web/20171014024523/https://office.uservoice.com/forums/285186-general/suggestions/17468281-solve-the-word-365-2016-slow-typing-issue

The bug seems to be related to high-resolution devices.

A lot of users have reported that none of the suggested fixes help:
    -- disable graphic accelaration
    -- safe mode
    -- update graphics driver
    -- disable mark-up

Why isn't there a fix yet for an issue that has been known for years?
    It is really really really…

  11. Security trimming on Hub Site navigation

As it stands, anyone with 'read' permissions to a hub site will see all links on its navigation bar, even if they have no access to the associated site. By applying security trimming, or even allowing audience targeting, we can ensure the links are only visible to the appropriate users, resulting in less frustrating "Access denied" messages for the users.

Allow controlling show /hide the [Feedback] button freely in Office 365 services
    ***************
    ■Description(内容):
    不用意なフィードバックの送信を制御するため、Office 365 ホーム、Outlook Web Access、SharePoint Online、Yammer などの各機能での [フィードバック] ボタンまたはリンクについて、表示 / 非表示を制御する機能の実装を希望します。

In order to prevent sending feedbacks by accident, I hope the feature will be added that allows us to switch show/hide the [Feedback] button in Office 365 services such as Office 365 portal, Outlook Web Access, SharePoint Online and Yammer.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  14. About implement a feature which can set the link in “copy link”

    ---------------------------------------------------
I want to add a feature that allows me to select the default values for the links that appear when I click “copy link” (all users, tenant users, users with existing access rights, and specific users).
Like even on the page of users who have full control permissions, it can also be displayed “Only users who already have permissions can use this link.” by default.

  15. Automatically updating External references (links) for excel workbooks stored on SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business

At the moment, External references will not update until the source workbook is closed and reopened, this does not work for many people who need their changes to be live if they have multiple people working in a workbook at any one time, or for those that are testing values but do not want to commit to a change

  16. Create SharePoint Online news link (Repost page) from a Flow step

We would like to be able to create a repost page from a Flow step.

A possible use case example would be when a Tweet is created it triggers the creation of a repost page on a SharePoint Online site so that the tweet appears alongside the site newsfeed.

  17. Symbolic Links should be created when OneDrive is protecting important folders like Desktop, Pictures and Documents

Adding the feature to protect important folders with OneDrive was a great idea. However, the current implementation can be confusing when saving files using various applications or using a command-line.

For example, the c:\users\*username*\Desktop folder still exists separately from the c:\users\*username*\OneDrive\Desktop folder and can still be saved to. This creates instances of confusion where files may seem to be missing from OneDrive or may save to the incorrect location.

To resolve this, I suggest when OneDrive protects important folders that the corresponding original folders turn into Symbolic Links to the OneDrive location.

  18. PowerApps to be Published without additional licenses for users outside my organisation.

I am an Office365 premium enterprise user. We started to use powerapps to streamline external suppliers/workers.
However, our external users need to all buy licenses to USE the PowerApps we have developed with out content. Our users are all Office365 after we asked them to go there.
We are considering abandoning the platform as the content we created can't be used.
Requirement of licenses to Use/Run an app that we have already paid an license to create is bad practice Microsoft and is underhand double charging. Please address this critical issue.

  19. Allow users to export Sharepoint Wiki pages as word documents or PDF.

OtherMost enterprise Wikis (like Atlassian Confluence) allow you to simply export your wiki page or pages as PDF/Word Documents. This would be a very useful addition to sharepoint wikis.

Managing official documentation/processes/procedures/plans in word documents and attaching those word documents to a sharepoint site is a much more cumbersome process than simply making the wiki page the documentation. The information becomes much more accessible and you avoid having multiple versions of documents floating around as email attachments or on file shares etc...

Our adoption of sharepoint wiki for this purpose is being limited by our inability to export documents to…

  20. The Teams WhoBot is nice, but could be so much more useful. I'd like to see it query the Delve profile

The Teams WhoBot (Who) has a lot of potential. As it is today, it seems to use data posted to Teams for the "Who knows about..." function. The problem we have on the IT Support side of things are the people who post a lot about "SQL performance" are asking questions (and racking up the post count), and not subject matter experts. The experts rarely reply with "I know about SQL performance", and WhoBot really doesn't know who the experts are.
We've also started exploring if we can leverage Delve's Profile - expertise, education (i.e. certificates), hobbies, skills, and projects.…
