  1. Outlook Webmail: Point of Focus (After Send)

After sending an Email in the Outlook Webmail365 application (browser), the area of focus changes from your selected email in the Inbox pane to the email that you just sent in the preview pane. Usually, I work my inbox quickly by sending emails and then using the delete key on the keyboard. What this results in is inadvertent deletion of (and NOT SENDING OF) recently sent emails. They are deleted before they are sent and then I have to go to my deleted items, edit the recently composed email, press send, and then go back to my Inbox. NOT EFFICIENT.…

  2. Restore "Display a desktop alert" action to Outlook 365's Rules

I have setup a rule to automatically move all emails sent to me from Azure DevOps to a subfolder, but I still want to be notified when they arrive.

In the desktop version of Outlook, I would simply add a "display a Desktop Alert" action to the rule, but that action (and many others) aren't present in Outlook 365.

The result is that I miss mails from Azure DevOps, which is extremely problematic for obvious reasons. The only way to ensure I do get a desktop alert is to remove the rule, but then I have to manually move these…

  4. Forms Pro - increase limitation for the forms

In the below article is stated that the limitation is 100 questions per form:
    https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/form-question-and-response-limits-in-microsoft-forms-ec15323d-92a4-4c33-bf88-3fdb9e5b5fea

"For the Likert question type, each option counts as a single question."

It would be great to increase the limitation for the forms, since for some of the "Likert" type of questions, if they are 17 x 5 options, it is considered as 102 questions, which is not providing a reliable service.

  5. Option to manually Categorize shared files/folders in OneDrive for Business

Users should be able to mark/categorize files/folders in OneDrive which are shared with internal or external users so that they can bifurcate between them

  6. Default reply to for email sent to group

Allow the admin to set the default reply to for a group.

So users do not have to manually set the reply to email for every email in the group mailbox. Thus ensuring that everyone in the group is aware and informed of the conversation with the recipient/customer.

    Example:
    Email is sent to Group1

Member2 replies (the email is shown from Group1)

The customer/recipient replies back (reply is sent to Group1)

Member2 then replies back to the recipient/customer.

All group members are aware/can see of the entire conversation with the recipient/customer.

  7. Office 365- OWA Allow more sorting option in the new view.

Please enable all the sorting option in the new view for OWA in Office 365. There are many options for sorting in the old view that are not in the new view, please add these back in.

  8. change the "time Increments" in the Event calendar webpart of O365. Currently your only choice is 30 min

Currently the time increments in the Event Calendar webpart are set to 30 minute increments which are not realistic. It would be nice if this box were editable (similar to Outlook) or changed to 15 or 10 minute increments.

  9. Authentication for O365, SharePoint Online & SP Designer not working

We are experiencing authentication problems logging on to Office.com, SharePoint Online and accessing our O365 Tenant via SP Designer. We supply our credentials and are then asked for them again and again and then over again and are never able to authenticate. So far no solution for this has been found.

  10. .PST files synced to OneDrive for Business, creating mulitple versions

When an outlook connected .pst file is synced to OneDrive for business, it keeps on creating multiple versions of it post outlook it closed and reopened. There is no way to disable versioning for a specific file type in OneDrive, because of which it is consuming unnecessary space of our OneDrive storage. Please get this fixed as the size of the file remains the same but when outlook is closed and reopened OneDrive thinks the file is updated and creates a new one.

  11. Fix Excel client problem when saving file to SharePoint Online with custom people type field

Unable to save new Office 2016 Excel document to SharePoint Online document library that has a required ‘person or group’ type field. Talked to Premier support and they said this was a known problem but it didn't sound there are any plans to fix it.

  12. provide a user-based read/unread indicator within conversations

Provide an indicator to show that users in a conversation have 'viewed' recent chats (much like Facebook messenger). The user's indicator would move to the bottom of the conversation when they click into the conversation, viewable by all participants, thus providing accountability on whether or not a message was received or not.

  13. Uniform way of handeling running the applicaions in the background for teams and outlook

There is currently a difference in how Outlook and Teams handle having the app running in the background while not showing up in the taskbar.

First it would be nice to have the 'hide when minimized' option in the same place for both apps (outlook: right clicking on the icon, teams: somewhere in the app settings).

The second more important thing is, that Teams minimizes when clicking on the close button, while outlook completely closes the app.

The third thing is, that you can open the teams app from the tray by single clicking, the outlook app needs two clicks.

  14. Disable Spamhaus PBL check in certain valid scenarios (i.e. dynamic IP SMTP address)

In a scenario where an on-premise SMTP server is used by legacy systems to forward application emails, the MX for Outlook is ignoring the "a" on the TXT record, meaning "authorize the domain ip address to send emails", and is giving priority to Spamhaus PBL list, which is not a blacklist. For context, Spamhaus has several lists, being PBL one of those.

Spam is an issue of course, but in this particular scenario, if the domain owner is setting the DNS record as it should and explicitly stating the IP of the domain is authorized it should work. Somehow the…

  15. Request Exchange hybrid key for Exchange Server 2019 activation with Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW)

Actually it is not possible to obtain a free Exchange Server 2019 activation with a hybrid key. For earlier Exchange Versions this works trough HCW, but not with Exchange 2019: "Please note that HCW does not provide a 'hybrid key' for Exchange Server 2019. If you need a hybrid key, the latest version that it is available for is Exchange Server 2016."

This is not customer friendly at all - so please add Exchange 2019 to this feature.

  17. Hebrew support

When you open a .txt file in SharePoint, the text is all messed up because of the text encoding.
In addition, Every text field in 365 Forms is left-aligned, and when you edit to align the text to the right it doesn't save the change. That leads to very inconvenient reading, especially with hebrew(or other RTL languages) mixed with english.

  20. Implement a feature that notify Admin when the sending limit (30 emails per minute) is exceeded in Exchange Online

We would like to have a feature that notify to Admin stating the sending limit (30 emails per minute) is exceeded, besides receiving NDR.
