  1. Remove "top results" from outlook.live email. Years of complaints and no response

    Why after several years do you continue to list top results. They are never the top results. Users have complained for years yet someone at microsoft thinks it should remain while giving the comment to leave feedback because you are driven by customer/user feedback. Give us the option to remove it.

  2. Microsoft Teams forward calls to Call Queue or a Distribution Group

    Provide the ability for users to forward a call to a Call Queue or a Distribution Group within Microsoft Teams. Also the ability to choose 10-second forward instead of only 20-second. Would even help if an admin can create a Call Group in the admin center and have users add that instead of having to add to the call group in teams individually for each user.

  3. Share PowerApps with Office 365 Groups

    Office 365 Groups (aka: "unified-groups") are becoming the "standard" share target in Office 365. You can share SharePoint content (files, list items, etc.) with an O365 Group. You can share Microsoft Stream content with an O365 Group. You can share a Flow with an O365 Group. You CANNOT, however, share a PowerApp with an O365 Group. This is a huge issue and greatly complicates our job of "selling" PowerApps as a solution.

  4. Change the ribbon icons back to how they were!

    The new ribbon icons are terrible!

    They are very low contrast and I'm having trouble working out which is which!

    There's very little colour and it's really hard to differentiate between similar icons. I have 'set print area' and 'preview and print' next to each other and there's no difference aside from a thin blue line on set print area.

    Please provide the option to change back to the previous icons or the ability to select from high contrast or low contrast.

  5. Calculate time required to read emails

    It would be helpful for email to calculate the time required time to read them and offer this on the UI of Outlook on the Web and Desktop too.

    The same way as its done by different blog engines on the web.

    I'd expect a "3 minutes to read" text as a yellow banner or something.

    Probably this would integrate nicely with MyAnalytics.

  7. Enable UK users to use date format dd/mm/yyyy in one drive and excel online.

    Hi,

    Can you please enable UK users to use date format DD/MM/YYYY as standard in Office 365 (especially Excel and Onedrive). I thought O365 will provide an excellent solution to our collaboration and file storage needs, but I have now had to delay/ put on hold deployment after discovering that dates automatically default to US format mm/dd/yyyy. I am aware that it is possible to display dates which are inputted in US format in the UK format, but these dates need to be inputted in US format.     Block basic auth when MFA is enforce but user has no app passwords:

    Currently if you have an MFA enforced user (on the user level) - and the user has an app password - the basic auth call is blocked before it gets sent to the federated realm provider (ADFS, etc).

    However, if the user is MFA enforced but has NO app passwords - the auth call is forwarded to the federated realm provider - which even if a token is granted the authentication fails (because basic auth cannot perform MFA).

    In the second scenario, brute-force attempts can cause extranet…

  9. Add the functionality for the ADFS ESL Banned IP list to auto subscribe to a 365 RBL list for malicious IPs

    Can you add the functionality for the ADFS ESL (External Smart Lockout) Banned IP list to auto subscribe to a 365 RBL list for malicious IPs. This will stop the need for Admins to have to manually add the Banned IPs to the ADFS ESL Banned IP list.

  10. Want you to remove UserPrincipalName from the email header

    I would like you to remove UserPrincipalName from the email header or implement a feature to delete email header, especially when sending an email which has different value for PrimarySMTPAddress and UserPrincipalName. Because if this kind of email has been sent, X-MS-Exchange-CrossTenant-userprincipalname would be included in the email header, and UserPrincipalName would be recorded. From the security perspective, I’m concerning it may lead to fraudulent access if UserPrincipalName is included in the email header.

  11. Fix PowerPoint Online Inability to print with Notes Pages

    We believe this is a bug (MS ticket 15422724) but were told to put it here.

    1. Create a new PowerPoint deck in any of the clients
    2. Add a slide, any type, and put some notes in the bottom.
    3. Store this deck in OneNote/Powerpoint
    4. Go into the link and open the deck in Powerpoint online
    5. Once the slide is up, use the slider at the bottom and pull it up to view the notes. Add some text, even one character is fine.
    6. Now try to print the deck with Notes pages

  13. Users should get feedback about current status of issues being fixed by the development team

    When users make contacts to customer support and customer support answers that the issue is currently being fixed by the development team, users are unable to hear about current status of the issue which is being investigated by the development team.

    Support case number and issue number should be linked together. The user who made the contact, should be able to acquire information about the current status of the issue via Message Center etc..

  14. Resize columns in Contents (site contents) for SharePoint Online

    There is no ability to resize the columns in the Contents (site contents) page. So for any apps, libraries or lists that have a title (name) with a decent amount of characters it gets cut off and it's hard to quickly tell what the title is. We have sites with numerous document libraries with long names where it takes a long time to pinpoint a particular library. You have to hover over the title on each library to get the full name.   16. Centralize all audit logs within the security and compliance centre

    Not all mailbox audit logs are recorded in the 'Audit log search' within the Security and Compliance Centre. Only the following are recorded here: Update,MoveToDeletedItems,SoftDelete,HardDelete. All other mailbox auditings can be retrieved from the Exchange Admin Centre 'Auditing' section. An example of what you won't see is: if a user creates an inbox rule to forward emails externally, this is only recorded in the EAC auditing section.

    All auditing should be available in one place, not split between different sections of the portal. Considering the Security and Compliance center is new and this is being pushed out, I don't see…

    Can we get the Reschedule, Cancel booking, New booking options to be displayed for the recipient as well.
    Currently, the sender / initiator only has the option to Reschedule, Cancel booking, New booking.
    However, the receiver / recipients just sees the New booking option.

    When an internal user wants to CHAT (using the chat tab) with someone externally to his organization what happens is:

    - If this external user has already Teams you can speak with him directly.

    [Repro Steps]
    1. Go to Stream > [Settings] > [Admin settings].
    2. Select [Usage details] from the left side menu.
    3. Verify "Notify Microsoft Stream admins when configured quota threshold is reached" is not selected and the value is set to "85 %".
    4. Click to check the box to enable the option with the value "85 %" then click [Save].
    5. Verify following confirmation appears at the top of the screen:
